Solving Problems
The after-sales engineer will provide corresponding solutions based on the actual problems of the customer. Customer can solve the problem by following the instructions.
Remote Solution
For difficult problem, the engineer will initiate a remote check, review the relevant parameter logs and other related information, and make corresponding adjustments and modifications to the machine to solve the problem.
Replacement of Accessories
After confirming the problem, if there are accessories that need to be replaced, During the warranty period, free replacement is available.

Common Questions About Selecting a Pick & Place Machine
Use these answers to prepare the information needed for a useful machine and availability discussion.
Can Place 0201?
Yes, it can be mounted. Please use the yamaha electric feeder, which is more stable. Our machines also support electric and pneumatic feeders.
Does the software support switching between Chinese and English?
Yes
Does the software support WIN10?
It supports WIN10. A few machines default to WIN7 due to special reasons. If you have a need, please inform us in advance and we will upgrade it to WIN10 for you.
If you need a higher speed, how should you choose?
You can choose the flying camera SMT machine, which has a higher speed and accuracy.
Can the machine be customized?
Yes, the machine can be customized. If you have a need, please communicate with us in advance. We will judge whether it is feasible and then inform you.
Mounting height issue
The mounting height of normal machines such as SMT550 is approximately 7mm. A few desktop surface mounters are 3mm, and the SMT1010 machine is 16mm. If you think the mounting height is insufficient, you can customize it. We can achieve a maximum mounting height of 20mm.
Warranty period
The warranty period for the machine is one year. During this period, if any parts are damaged, we will send them to you quickly via express delivery.
